Our virtual pilates classes are designed to motivate you to stay fit from the comfort of your home, and help you to achieve your fitness goals.
Pilates is an excellent choice for both beginners and those who frequent the gym regularly. Each of the routines can be modified to provide either a gentle training program or a challenging workout depending on your abilities and what you hope to achieve. Since Pilates is a low-impact workout focusing more on control and positioning, it is suitable to be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels. Ranging from beginner basics to advanced challenges, we can help you develop a consistent online pilates routine that is tailored to you.
The live, online Pilates classes offered by Alka’s Total Fitness are presented using Zoom. By registering for our classes, you will be able to live stream each session and participate with others in the class.
Our virtual Pilates sessions will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week with a start time of 6pm. We hope to see you there!
